For voucher redemption, the shopper MUST be a ShopPass member or register as a new ShopPass member. Shoppers who refused to sign up as a ShopPass member will be disqualified from all redemptions. To register as a ShopPass member, shoppers must provide a valid mobile number (to receive OTP) and email address.
Subject to the criteria set out herein, shoppers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age as at 1 January 2020 to participate in any redemption for ‘Spruce Up & Revitalise' (“Promotion”). OUE Limited (“The Management”) reserves the right to request for proof of age at any time.
Original store receipts and/or credit/debit card charge slips or NETS slips, whichever is applicable, must be provided during redemption for audit purpose. All credit card/debit card transactions MUST be charged under the SAME cardholder.
Purchase of giftcards/shopping vouchers, currency exchange receipts and credit/package redemption receipts are not eligible for redemption.
Redemption is from Friday 18 September to Sunday 27 September and must be made on the SAME DAY as purchase on a first-come-first-served and while stocks last basis. Limited to the first 740 redemptions during the promotion period.
The minimum purchase of $100 criteria is to be transacted in a maximum of 2 same-day combined receipts only for the $20 shopping voucher redemption.
Receipts which are stamped “issued” cannot be re-used and are not valid for other redemptions. Redemption is NOT valid if the debit/credit cardholder name does not match the ShopPass member’s name.

Staff from MG stores are not entitled to participate in this promotion and are not allowed to redeem on behalf of shoppers.
