Terms & Conditions

1. For voucher & Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) redemption, the shopper MUST provide a valid mobile number (to receive OTP for registration of new shoppers). For tourists, a valid passport must be provided for registration and redemption. 
2. Subject to the criteria set out herein, shoppers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age as on 1 January 2023 to participate in any promotions or redemption events forming part of ‘A Charmed Christmas at Mandarin Gallery’ (“Promotion”) from 16 November to 28 December 2023. OUE Property Management Pte Ltd (“The Management”) reserves the right to request for proof of age at any time. 
3. Purchase of shopping vouchers, currency exchange, bill payments and credit/package redemption receipts are not eligible for redemption. 
4. Redemption is valid with receipts from any Mandarin Gallery stores in any mode of payment on a ‘first come, first served’ and ‘while stocks last’ basis. 
5. Original store receipts and/or credit/debit card charge slips or NETS slips, whichever is applicable, must be provided during redemption for audit purpose. 
6. Each receipt is for SINGLE redemption only. Receipts which are stamped “issued” cannot be re-used and are not valid for other redemptions. 
7. Staff from Mandarin Gallery stores are not entitled to participate in this promotion and are not allowed to redeem on behalf of shoppers.

CHRISTMAS REWARDS WITH MASTERCARD®
(Thursday 16 November to Thursday 28 December 2023)

8. Valid from Thursday 16 November to Thursday 28 December 2023. Receive a $30 Mandarin Gallery shopping voucher with a minimum spend of $300 with the same MasterCard, limited to the first 100 MasterCard cardholders per week:
   Week 1: Thursday 16 November – Thursday 23 November 2023;
   Week 2: Friday 24 November – Thursday 30 November 2023;
   Week 3: Friday 1 December – Thursday 7 December 2023;
   Week 4: Friday 8 December – Thursday 14 December 2023;
   Week 5: Friday 15 December – Thursday 21 December 2023; and
   Week 6: Friday 22 December – Thursday 28 December 2023. 
9. Purchases must be made with a valid MasterCard card to qualify for redemption, limited to a maximum of FIVE (5) combined same-day receipts and charge slips. 
10. All debit/credit MasterCard transactions must be charged under the SAME MasterCard cardholder. 
11. Each MasterCard cardholder is entitled to only ONE (1) $30 Mandarin Gallery voucher redemption per day with a minimum spend of $300 at Mandarin Gallery stores, regardless of the number of MasterCard debit/credit cards the shopper has. 
12. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase on a ‘first-come, first- served’ and ‘while stocks last’ basis. Reservation of vouchers will not be entertained. 
13. Mandarin Gallery vouchers issued are in $10 denomination and vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Shoppers must refer to other terms and conditions stated on the back of the vouchers. 
14. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or other denominations, replaced if lost, stolen, defaced or damaged and will not be accepted is defaced, tampered, torn, voided, or expired. 
15. MasterCard cardholder must provide the first 6 digits of MasterCard debit/credit card used as required by Orchard Road Business Association and MasterCard® Singapore (“The Organisers”). 
16. Receipts from purchasing of vouchers, utilisation of credit packages and currency exchange (Adpost Moneychanger) are not eligible for redemption. 
17. Transactions made with pre-paid credits on Grab Pay, Fave Pay, Alipay or any other related mobile payments that are linked to a MasterCard shall NOT be deemed as qualifying transactions for the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, all other mobile payments such as ApplePay, GooglePay and SamsungPay etc. which utilises a MasterCard stored on a mobile device shall be deemed qualifying transactions. 
18. This redemption is exclusive. Receipts used for this promotion will NOT be valid for other ongoing mall promotions (“Exclusive Black Friday Tier”) from Friday 24 November to Thursday 30 November 2023. Receipts used for “Christmas Rewards with MasterCard” will NOT be valid for “Exclusive Black Friday Tier”. For the avoidance of doubt, each receipt and charge slip can only be used for ONE (1) promotion – either “Christmas Rewards with MasterCard” or “Exclusive Black Friday Tier” and NOT both.

BLACK FRIDAY & CYBER MONDAY
(Friday 24 November to Thursday 30 November 2023)

19. Valid from Friday 24 November to Thursday 30 November 2023. Receive a $50 Mandarin Gallery shopping voucher with a minimum spend of $500 with the same MasterCard, limited to the first 200 MasterCard cardholders. 
20. Purchases must be made with a valid MasterCard card to qualify for redemption, limited to a maximum of FIVE (5) combined same-day receipts and charge slips. 
21. All debit/credit MasterCard transactions must be charged under the SAME MasterCard cardholder. 
22. Each MasterCard cardholder is entitled to only ONE (1) $50 Mandarin Gallery voucher redemption per day with a minimum spend of $500 at Mandarin Gallery stores, regardless of the number of MasterCard debit/credit cards the shopper has.

30. Valid from Thursday 16 November to Thursday 30 November 2023, receive a bottle of 750ml Champagne Virginie T Brut NV (worth $92) with a minimum spend of $1,000 on any mode of payment at Mandarin Gallery stores. Limited to the first 100 bottles of Champagne Virginie T Brut NV. 
31. Valid from Friday 1 December to Thursday 14 December 2023, receive $100 worth of dining voucher for La D’Oro at Mandarin Gallery #01-16/17 with a minimum spend of $1,000 on any mode of payment at Mandarin Gallery stores. Limited to the first 100 sets of La D’Oro dining vouchers. 
32. Valid from Friday 15 December to Thursday 28 December 2023, receive a bottle of 50ml Victoria’s Secret Bombshell Eau de Parfum (worth $109) with a minimum spend of $1,000 with any mode of payment at Mandarin Gallery stores. Limited to the first 100 bottles of Victoria’s Secret Bombshell Eau de Parfum. 
33. Shopper must provide original store receipt and debit/credit charge slip or NETS slip for GWP redemption and audit purpose. 
34. Limited to ONE (1) redemption per shopper per day. 
35. Limited to a maximum of FIVE (5) combined same-day receipts and charge slips only. 
36. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase on a ‘first-come, first- served’ and ‘while stocks last’ basis. Reservation of gifts will not be entertained. 
37. Receipts from purchasing of vouchers, utilisation of credit packages and currency exchange (Adpost Moneychanger) are not eligible for redemption.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

38. The Management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without assigning any reasons or providing prior notice.
