TERMS & CONDITIONS

INTRODUCTION

1. “REDEFINE YOUR SHOPPING WITH BLACK FRIDAY” (the “Promotion”) is open to all shoppers to participate in any promotions or redemption events forming part of the promotion. Shoppers MUST provide a valid mobile number (to receive OTP for registration of new shoppers). For Tourists, a valid passport must be provided for registration and redemption.
2. The Promotion is organized by OUE Property Management Pte Ltd (“The Organiser”) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). The Organiser reserves the right to request for proof of age at any time.
3. The promotion period (“The Promotion Period”) is from Friday 29 November to Sunday 15 December 2024, both dates inclusive, unless otherwise stated.
4. The Promotion mechanics of the “REDEFINE YOUR SHOPPING WITH BLACK FRIDAY” are as follows:
   • Eligible shoppers must spend the minimum transactional value at Mandarin Gallery stores as shown below (“Qualifying Spend”) in any mode of payment to receive the relevant amount of Mandarin Gallery Shopping Vouchers and Gift-with-Purchase (“Reward”).
     • Spend a minimum of $500 on MasterCard from Fri 29 Nov – Sun 15 Dec and receive a $50 Mandarin Gallery Shopping Voucher. Limited to the first 200 MasterCard cardholders.
   • Eligible Shoppers can combine up to a maximum of 5 receipts from any Mandarin Gallery stores on the same day of purchase (“Eligible Transaction/Receipt”) to satisfy the Qualifying Spend during each day of the Promotion Period until while stocks last on a first-come, first-served basis.
   • Redemption of Reward must be redeemed on the same day of purchase.
   • Redemption of shopping voucher and Gift-With-Purchase are available from 11am to 10pm upon full redemption at the Concierge.
   • Each Eligible Shopper may receive a maximum of one (1) $50 Mandarin Gallery Shopper Voucher Reward per day based on the Qualifying Spend stated above.
5. The Mandarin Gallery Shopping Voucher Reward awarded in this Promotion will expire in three (3) months from the date of issuance. The Organiser shall not be obliged to entertain any request to extend the validity of the Reward. Shoppers must refer to other terms and conditions stated on the back of Vouchers.
6. Gift-with-Purchase Tenant Voucher awarded in this Promotion will expire on date stated on Voucher. Value of Gift-with-Purchase Tenant Voucher is stated on voucher and redeemable at Mandarin Gallery only. The Organiser reserves the right to decide the order of Tenant Vouchers to be distributed for redemption and shall not be obliged to entertain any request to extend the validity of the Gift-with-Purchase Tenant Voucher. Shopper must refer to other terms and conditions stated on the back of Vouchers or check with relevant tenant. Gift-with-Purchase Tenant Vouchers are not exchangeable and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, defaced or damaged after leaving the Concierge.

8. Valid for sale on 29 November 2024 from 11am at Concierge on a while-stocks last and first-come, first-served basis.
9. Limited to the first 150 shoppers and entitled to one (1) purchase per shopper per day.
10. Reservations will not be entertained. Shoppers are strictly not allowed to purchase on behalf of other shoppers and shoppers MUST be present in person at Concierge to make a purchase.
11. Payment must be in CASH in exact amount ($70). Shopping Vouchers sold are not refundable or exchanged for cash.
12. Mandarin Gallery Shopping Vouchers issued are in $50 denomination only.
13. The Mandarin Gallery Shopping Voucher Reward awarded in this Promotion will expire in three (3) months from the date of issuance. The Organiser shall not be obliged to entertain any request to extend the validity of the Reward.
14. Shoppers must refer to other terms and conditions stated on the back of Shopping Vouchers Shopping Vouchers will not be replaced if lost, stolen, defaced or damaged.

ELIGIBILITY

15. Without limiting the generality of the above, the following persons shall not be eligible for the Promotion.
    • Staff of any retail tenants in Mandarin Gallery
    • persons below the age of eighteen (18) as of 1 January 2024
    • persons who the Organiser may decide to exclude at its discretion without notice and without providing any reason, at any time.
16. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any shopper who is found at any time (whether before or after the receipt of any Reward) to be in breach of the relevant eligibility or qualifying criteria. Any Reward awarded to any member may be forfeited, and if collected, shall be returned to the Organiser promptly.

QUALIFYING SPEND

17. Only the total final amount paid as indicated on the tax invoice(s)/receipt(s) issued by the participating store(s) will be accepted for this Promotion. NETS or credit/debit card slips are not acceptable in place of original copies of shopping receipts.
18. For redemptions required to be spent on MasterCard, shoppers must provide MasterCard charge slip(s) as proof for audit and the first 6 digits of MasterCard debit/credit cards used for the transaction(s) as required by Orchard Road Business Association. Failure to produce charge slip(s) and first 6 digits of MasterCard used will result in disqualification of redemption of vouchers.
19. Notwithstanding Clause 1.4 of this Terms and Conditions hereinabove, receipt(s) from purchase of shopping vouchers, currency exchange, bill payments and credit/package redemption receipts are not eligible for use as a receipt in this Promotion. For purchases of goods and services made by instalments, only the instalment receipt showing the value of the purchase(s) made on the same day of the redemption, will be eligible for use as a receipt in this Promotion.
20. The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipts and / or charge slip as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.
21. The Organiser reserves the right to verify all purchases made by the Eligible Shopper and the tax invoice(s)/ receipt(s) before processing the redemption of the Rewarding the Promotion.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

22. The Shopping Voucher Reward cannot be exchanged for different denominations and is subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing the use of Mandarin Gallery Shopping Voucher.
23. By participating in this Promotion, the Shopper:
    • acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his / her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations including its holding company, OUE LIMITED, and authorised agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he / she has read and agreed with OUE LIMITED’s and Data Protection Policy available at https://oue.com.sg/privacy-policy and may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.
    • agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the member directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The member shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the member. Shoppers are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the T&Cs set out herein, as well as any other requirements set out in any related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications there to as may be made from time to time.
24. Acceptance of any Reward shall constitute consent on the part of the Eligible Shopper to allow the use of his / her name, image, voice and / or likeness by the Organiser for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and / or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
25. All Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated.
26. The Reward shall be awarded on the presumption that the submitted tax invoice(s), receipt(s) and / or charge slip(s) are original copies and valid. The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipt and / or charge slip as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive. In the event any tax invoice, receipt and / or charge slip is rejected by the Organiser as invalid, the Organiser shall reserve the right to void the Reward awarded to the Eligible Shopper and recover the monetary value of the Reward.
27. The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdraw or cancel this Promotion and / or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.
28. The Organiser does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any product or services offered in this Promotion or redeemed by vouchers or gift certificates and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.
29. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper represents that he / she has read and agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions.
30. This Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participants in this Promotion irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts to resolve all disputes.
31. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
