Terms & Conditions

1. For voucher & Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) redemption, the shopper MUST provide a valid mobile number (to receive OTP for registration of new shoppers). For tourists, a valid passport must be provided for registration and redemption.
2. Subject to the criteria set out herein, shoppers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age as on 1 January 2024 to participate in any promotions or redemption events forming part of “Discover Mandarin Gallery’s Urban Reimagination of the Year of the Dragon” (“Promotion”) from 12 January to 25 February 2024. OUE Property Management Pte Ltd (“The Management”) reserves the right to request for proof of age at any time.
3. Receipts from purchasing of vouchers, utilisation of credit packages and currency exchange (Adpost Moneychanger) are not eligible for redemption.
4. Redemption is valid with receipts from any Mandarin Gallery stores in any mode of payment on a ‘first come, first served’ and ‘while stocks last’ basis.
5. Original store receipts and/or credit/debit card charge slips or NETS slips, whichever is applicable, must be provided during redemption for audit purpose.
6. Each receipt is for SINGLE redemption only. Receipts which are stamped “issued” cannot be re-used and are not valid for other redemptions.
7. Staff from Mandarin Gallery stores are not entitled to participate in this promotion and are not allowed to redeem on behalf of shoppers.

SPEND & REDEEM

8. Valid from Friday 12 January to Sunday 25 February 2024, receive a $20 Mandarin Gallery shopping voucher with a minimum spend of $288 in ANY mode of payment, limited to the first 900 redemptions.
9. Valid from Friday 12 January to Sunday 25 February 2024, receive a limited edition MGxErickartoon red packets with a minimum spend of $388 in ANY mode of payment, limited to the first 2000 redemptions.
10. Valid from Friday 26 January to Sunday 25 February 2024, receive a limited edition MGxErickartoon festive pouch with a minimum spend of $888 in ANY mode of payment, limited to the first 500 redemptions.
11. Shopper must provide original store receipt and debit/credit card for Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) redemption and audit purpose, up to a maximum of THREE (3) combined same-day receipts only.
12. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase on a ‘first-come, first-served’ and ‘while stocks last’ basis. Reservation of vouchers will not be entertained.
13. Limited to 1 redemption per shopper per day.
14. Mandarin Gallery vouchers issued are in $10 denomination and vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Shoppers must refer to other terms and conditions stated on the back of the vouchers.
15. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or other denominations, replaced if lost, stolen, defaced or damaged and will not be accepted is defaced, tampered, torn, voided, or expired.
16. Redemptions of parking coupons, vouchers and Gift-With-Purchase are not available during the closure of Concierge on first 2 days of Chinese New Year (ie. 10 and 11 February 2024).

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

17. The Management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without assigning any reasons or providing prior notice.
